CMBC is 134 Years Old!

Clark Memorial Baptist Church, originally named Carters Chapel, was organized on the first Sunday in March 1889.  As the only black church in Homestead (located on the Hill), Clark was amongst those churches that adapted their work to meet the needs of the Negroes of industrial centers of the North.
